Stress and Anxiety

Chinese Medicine offfers many tools for dealing with stress and anxiety. In this short video, I discuss 3 tools that you can use in your battle with stress. 

  1. Mint Tea is a good way to help soothe the nerves and calm down any upset stomach relating to stress. The video explains how to best prepare a cup of mint tea.
  2. Abdominal Breathing is a great way to help the energetic body to descend and relax. It is also helpful for sleep, respiratory health and digestion.
