Here are five easy and simple tips for getting a more restful night’s sleep

  1. Eating an early dinner and avoid late night snacking
  2. Turn the lights lower as you get ready for bed
  3. Get some exercise during the day and spend some time in nature
  4. Try abdominal breathing before you got to bed for 10 to 30 minutes
  5. Try an herbal tea before bed, such as chamomile, schizandra berry or valerian root
